Tracy Tyrone Smith, a Louisiana native, and a resident of Louisville, Kentucky, went to eternal rest on Monday, March 27, 2023 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville.

A visitation will be on Saturday, April 8, 2023 beginning at 9am until the funeral service begins at 11am at Rose Hill Baptist Church, 14420 Hwy 77 Rosedale, Louisiana 70772

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
