Obituary For Tommy Centell Agee-Chapman

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take Heart! I have overcome the world.” ----John 16;33.
Tommy Centell Agee-Chapman was born on January 30, 1986, in Demopolis, Alabama to Sheila Agee Chapman and Tommy Watkins., affectionately known as “CoCo, and Big Bo” entered enteral rest on May 9, 2025, at the age of 38 in Grosse Tete, Louisiana. He was a beloved member of the Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church in Dixon Mills, Alabama and led a life filled with love, laughter, and many cherished memories.
Tommy was a “Die Hard Kansas City Chiefs and Alabama Crimson Tide fan”. Tommy worked as a truck driver for 20 years, a career that allowed him to travel and experience the world. In addition to his work, he enjoyed fishing, dancing, watching sports, and traveling, which brought him much joy throughout his life, his skills on the BBQ Grill were untouched. Tommy was a proud graduate of Marengo High School in Dixon Mills, Alabama where he made many lifelong friends.
Tommy leaves his jokes and humor to be cherished by his fiancé, Kelsia Blanchard of Grosse Tete, Louisiana; grandmother, Velma Ridgeway of Dixon Mills, AL; Father, Tommy (Annie) Watkins; Father & Mother in Law, Herbert & Catherine Etienne Jr of Maringouin, LA; his siblings, Bridgette (Anthony) Campbell, Deidra Horn, Porcha Horn, Anthony (Destinee) Watkins, and Douglas Horn, all of Whatley, AL; Brother in Laws, Cameron Blanchard of Lafayette, LA and Maurice Blanchard of Port Allen, LA. In addition to his immediate family, Tommy is cherished by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Tommy Was preceded in death by his mother, Sheila Agee Chapman, and his grandparents, Clarence Watkins Jr., Carrie Bell Phillip; Stepson, Lyris Scott; Aunt, Delois Jean McDole, and Uncle, Clarence Watkins Jr., who were an essential part of his life.
A memorial for Tommy Centell Agee- Chapmen is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Saturday March 29, 2025, at Schaffer Family Funeral Home followed by a Balloon Release at Grosse Tete Park.
