Charlie Jack, Jr., affectionately known as “PeeWee” was born on February 2, 1962, in New Orleans, Louisiana to Charlie Jack Sr. & Leesther Perkins Jack. He was reared by his grandparents Clyde Perkins, Sr and Beatrice Rogers-Perkins. Charlie was baptized at an early age at New Mt. Olive Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Willie McNell. He was educated in the Iberville Parish Schools System.

After leaving school, he had many jobs along his journey because Charlie was a “Jack of all Trades”. He loved and trained horses and was an avid New Orleans Saints fan.

On Friday, February 28, 2025, Charlie gained his wings and entered eternal rest.

Charlie leaves to cherish his memories a son Lorenzo, four sisters: Mary Jack-Pickney, Charlotte Jack & Freda (Floyd) Pryer all of Grosse Tete, Lorraine Jack-Vessel of Plaquemine; uncle, Clyde (Mary) Perkins, Jr. of El Paso, Tx; aunt, Grace (Romell) Madison of New Orleans, LA; two great uncles, John Roberston of Grosse Tete & Major Perkins of Phoenix, AZ, nephews: Charles, Trevor, Michael, Marcus, Marlon, Marvin, Myron, Floyd, Jr. & Shaquille; nieces: Destiny & Ardrianna and numerous great nieces & great nephews; a special friend: Rebecca “Sissy” Bean.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, two brothers, Paul Jack & Richard Martin, two sisters, Jamerica “Niecy” Givens & Sheryl Brown.
