BurneIl Palmer, Sr., was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, on October 12, 1963. His life was devoted to the Most High, Jesus Christ.

"Boonie," affectionately called by family members and friends, was baptized at an early age after moving to Baton Rouge from New Orleans. He was a devoted follower of the Most High. He loved reading, interpreting, teaching, and spreading gospel as he perceived it.

Life's journey would place Boonie back in New Orleans for many years, where he played drums with his Uncle King Lloyd.

The man that could do anything, fix anything, or rig up anything to make it work. He was a community Uber, carpenter, painter, lawn man, and professional lottery scratch off champion. Most of all he was the family cook.
